GetPharm: systems design and branding for a verified manufacturing marketplace

The problem
A business that wants its own branded medicine has to find a third-party manufacturer through brokers, trade fairs and cold calls — with no way to compare options, verify credentials, or carry an inquiry through in one place.
Our approach
Systems design before screens. The market has two real journeys — buy an existing product, or get one manufactured under your own brand — so that fork became the core of the product, the same way it is the core of the business.
What shipped
The GetPharm brand identity and the platform itself: a verified manufacturer directory, product discovery with buy-now and get-it-made paths, and manufacturing inquiry flows with customisable packaging.
Lessons learned
In a trust-poor category, verification is the product. Design decisions that surfaced credentials earlier did more for the platform than any amount of visual polish.

Savison Life: brand and platform groundwork, designed as one system

The problem
A new venture with a clear direction and nothing on paper — no identity, no naming system, no platform to put in front of anyone.
Our approach
Branding and systems design in a single engagement, so the identity and the platform architecture were shaped by the same decisions rather than retrofitted to each other afterwards.
What shipped
The Savison Life identity, and the platform foundations under it — information architecture, page systems, and a deployment pipeline the venture can grow into.
Lessons learned
Doing the brand and the system together costs less attention than doing them twice. Every naming decision settled early was a rework avoided later.

B2B trust at first search

The problem
A manufacturing plant with excellent output and no website. Procurement teams who received their quotes searched the company name, found nothing, and moved on to suppliers who looked established.
Our approach
Build the trust signals a B2B buyer checks in the first five minutes: a professional website, a product catalogue with specifications, and email at their own domain.
What shipped
A five-page website with a downloadable product catalogue, plant and facility photography, quality certifications displayed up front, and business email for the whole sales team.
Lessons learned
In B2B, the website rarely generates leads directly — it stops the leads you already have from leaking away. Their conversion rate on sent quotes rose before traffic did.
