1 Who we are, and what these terms cover

"Indizilla" ("we", "us") operates indizilla.com from India, providing digital services (branding, websites, marketing and related work), custom builds (platforms, web apps, MVPs), Indizilla Research (a simulated market-research product), and print & merchandise. By ordering any of these, you agree to these terms.

2 Proposals, scope and price

Every engagement begins with a written proposal stating what will be built, what it costs, and when it is expected. The proposal is the scope. Work outside it is quoted separately before it begins. Prices shown on the site are starting points; the figure in your proposal is the figure you pay.

3 Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. One-time services are payable as stated in the proposal; monthly services are billed month to month and can be cancelled ahead of the next cycle. An automatic bill is generated for every order. Amounts shown in non-INR currencies are settled at the displayed converted price.

4 Ownership of the work

Ownership of everything we produce for you transfers to you when both of the following have happened: (a) we have confirmed the work as delivered, and (b) full payment for it has been received. Whether work is complete and delivered is determined by us against the scope in your proposal, and we confirm it to you in writing (email is sufficient).

Until both conditions are met, all work in progress — designs, code, copy, accounts and configurations we create — remains the property of Indizilla. On transfer, you own it outright: domains and accounts registered in your name, logins handed over, files released. Nothing is held back after transfer, and if we part ways afterwards, everything stays with you.

• Third-party costs you pay directly (domains, hosting, ad spend, software subscriptions) are yours from the moment you pay the third party.
• Tools, libraries, frameworks and internal processes we use to produce the work remain ours or their respective owners'.
• We may show completed, transferred work in our portfolio; a client may opt out by telling us in writing.

5 Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and the materials the proposal depends on (content, images, access) within a reasonable time.
• Ensure you have the rights to anything you give us to use.
• Review and respond to deliverables within a reasonable time; extended silence may pause the timeline.

6 Indizilla Research

Research studies are simulations. Panels are AI-generated personas, not human respondents, and results are decision support, not market fact — the product itself labels what is measured, inferred and unverified. Credits are consumed when a study runs; see the refund policy for how credits are treated.

7 Print & merchandise

"From" prices on the print page are indicative floors at minimum quantities. The quote we confirm before production is the price. Production starts only after your approval of the quote and artwork.

8 Acceptable use

We decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, or that we judge to misrepresent its audience. We may refuse or discontinue an engagement on these grounds, with a refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

9 Liability

We stand behind the quality of what we deliver. Beyond redelivery or refund of the affected work, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes on third-party platforms we don't control (search rankings, ad performance, social reach).

10 Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and material changes are notified to active clients. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
