Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you spend them. Buy a pack now, run studies whenever you're ready.
What happens if a study fails?
If a study can't complete, the credits for it aren't consumed. You only pay for a study that produces a memo.
How do payments work?
Packs are bought once through Razorpay-secured checkout — UPI, cards and bank transfer. No subscription, no auto-renew, nothing recurring.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase is recorded against your account, and you can raise a GST invoice request from your dashboard.
