We build the software too.
Indizilla is a studio that also writes software. Each tool takes one job a business owner does badly by hand, at eleven at night, and hands it back as something they run themselves. Two are open. Four are being built. The rule is the same in all of them: the software does the work, and you decide.
The marketing department, as software you run.
It writes your brand voice and builds a plan from your market, not a template. It drafts the posts and the ads, publishes them on schedule to Instagram, Facebook and your Google listing, and flags the reviews that need your reply. Nothing publishes without your approval, and every rupee is accounted for.
From ₹1,999 a month, the first week free ResearchOpenTest the idea before you spend on anything.
Describe the idea and the decision you are stuck on. A panel of AI personas, with the habits and doubts of your audience, answers a generated survey. What comes back is a decision memo: a verdict, the evidence, the strongest objection, and the one test to run next. Prepaid credits, no subscription.

A co-founder is the person who asks the second question. Most founders running a business in this country do not have one, and the decisions get made at midnight, alone, on a feeling.
Founder OS is being built to be that. Not a to-do list and not a dashboard: the thing you take a decision to. You bring it what you are stuck on, and it works out what is actually being decided, and what would have to be true for each answer to be the right one. It argues the side you have stopped arguing. It tells you what it costs to be wrong, and whether there is a smaller, reversible version you could run first. Then it writes the decision down with its reasoning, so that in six months you can see what you knew at the time, and what you got wrong.
It holds the rest as well: what you decided and why, what you promised and to whom, the three or four numbers that actually move your business, and the patterns you would rather not look at, such as what you keep putting off and what you always think will take a week.
And it writes the things founders put off writing. The price rise. The delivery that is late. The payment that is overdue. The brief that lets somebody else do the work properly.
What Marketing OS did for marketing, for the numbers.
Money in, money out, what is owed to you and what you owe, and what that means for the month ahead, in the one place you already look. Leave your name on its page and you will hear the day it opens.
Tell me when it opensEvery enquiry in one place, instead of in your memory.
Leads arrive by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and walk-ins, and then live in your head until they are gone. This one keeps them, remembers what was said, and tells you who to call today.
Not open yetA round run as a process, not a scramble.
Who actually funds a business like yours, at the size you are, in the places you sell. What they will ask for, before they ask for it. The numbers they will check, and what yours say today. Then the conversations: who has seen what, who has gone quiet, and who to chase this week. And because it is us, it will also tell you when you should not be raising at all.
Not open yetA studio that only advises leaves when the invoice is paid.
The work we do by hand for one business is the work every business needs. So the parts that can be written down get written down, and then they belong to you: you run them, on your own screen, at your own hour, without us in the room. That is the whole reason the tools exist.
