1 What this covers

This policy describes what Indizilla collects on indizilla.com, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what you give us to do the work, we measure the site without tracking you around the internet, and we sell nothing about you to anyone.

2 What you give us

• Contact and callback forms — name and phone (required), email and context (optional). Used to respond to you, and for nothing else.
• Print quote list — the items you picked and the notes you add, alongside the same contact details.
• Client accounts — email and the records your orders create: proposals, bills, credits, study results.
• Payment — processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details go to Razorpay, not to us; we receive confirmation and a reference.

3 What the site stores on your device

• Theme — your light/dark choice, in localStorage.
• Market — your currency/market choice, in localStorage.
• Print quote list — kept in localStorage so it survives the visit.
• Session — if you sign in, the authentication token that keeps you signed in.

No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no fingerprinting.

4 How we measure the site

We record page views first-party: the page viewed, the referring site, and a coarse screen-size bucket. No advertising identifiers, no profiles, and nothing is shared with ad networks. It tells us which pages work; it cannot tell anyone who you are.

5 Where data lives and who touches it

Form submissions and account data are stored with our database provider (Supabase) on infrastructure in their data centres; payments are handled by Razorpay under their own policies; the site is served by Vercel. These providers process data to provide their service to us — none of them may use it for their own marketing.

6 How long we keep it

Callback and quote requests: until handled, then archived or deleted on request. Account and billing records: as long as your account exists, and as required for tax and accounting after that. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required to be kept.

7 Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: hi@indizilla.com.
• The theme, market and quote-list entries can be cleared any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

8 Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes are notified to account holders by email.
