The difference is meant to read without commentary: what a visitor sees first, how far they scroll to the one thing they came for, and whether the page looks like a place that takes its own work seriously.

Worth saying first: the original already got several things right that many education sites do not, and none of them needed touching: every image described, canonical tags everywhere, a share image on every page, a correct sitemap, and the fees published. The last two rows are theirs as much as ours.
