The Road
Five stages, every price printed, every claim carrying a number, and the road doing the navigating.
A business with several services that are bought in a sequence, and a catalogue big enough that a visitor needs telling where to start.
Take the road and build a whole site on it.
The whole thing is standing, every page of it, built on the same prices and the same mark as this site. It is marked on every screen as a direction rather than the live site, and the figures printed inside it are the ones published on the day it was built.
How it was built to look like itself.

With IBM Plex Mono for labels and figures, and no second family anywhere on the site.
Paper with dark bands cut into it, cards on the paper, software on a radius.
Demonstrations rather than transitions. The listing climbs, the week fills, the panel answers.
The road as navigation and as narrative at the same time, so a visitor always knows which part of the journey they are reading about.
One hundred and twenty one things a visitor can do on the home page, and twenty nine services each carrying its own starting price in the open.
It is a big site and a big build. A business with three services will rattle around inside it.
Build the one that does the most, not the one that looks the most.
