Marketing automation tool that doesn't post without approval: how to find one, and how ours works
Most marketing tools that write posts for you can also publish them for you, and some do it on a schedule you set once and then forget. If you do not want that, look for a marketing automation tool that doesn't post without approval: it drafts, you read, you approve, and only then does anything go out in your name. Indizilla's Marketing OS works that way. It writes, you decide, it publishes, and nothing publishes without your approval. It starts at Rs. 1,999 a month, the first week is free, and you can export your work, cancel and delete on every plan.
What 'nothing publishes without approval' actually means
An approval step is simple. The software writes a draft. You read it. You change it if you want to. You press approve. Only then does it go out.
Our position on this is short. Nothing publishes without your approval. That is not a setting, it is the product.
There is a difference between that and a review queue. A review queue is a setting. Someone with the right access can switch it off, and then the tool posts on its own. There is also a difference between approval and an auto-schedule with an edit window, where the post is already going out at four o'clock and you have until four o'clock to stop it. In that case silence means yes. With an approval step, silence means nothing happens.
- Is approval on by default, or do you have to find it and turn it on
- Can it be switched off at all, and by whom
- Is approval per post, or per account for a whole run of posts
- Who else on the account can approve, and can you see who approved what
- What happens to a draft nobody approves: with Marketing OS it sits as a draft and does not go out
Why this matters more for a one-person business than for a marketing team
A marketing team has a second person. Someone reads the post before it goes out, catches the wrong price, the wrong date, the wrong festival greeting, or a claim the business cannot support.
An owner running a shop, a clinic or a small studio has nobody. The post goes out in their name, to customers who know them by face. In a small town, a wrong price on Instagram is a conversation at the counter the next morning.
The decision to trust a tool with your accounts is usually made alone, late, after closing time, with nobody to check it against. So say the fear plainly: the fear is a machine saying something embarrassing in your name. An approval step that cannot be switched off is the answer to that fear. Everything else in a tool of this kind is secondary to it.
How to check a tool before you trust it with your accounts
Use this on any product you are looking at, not only ours. It takes about ten minutes on a pricing page and a help centre.
- Is the approval step permanent, or is it a toggle someone can turn off
- Can you edit the draft before you approve it, or only approve or reject it
- What happens if you never approve: does it expire, does it publish anyway, does it sit as a draft
- Where does your data live, and can you export it in a form you can actually open
- Can you cancel with no contract period, and when you delete, is the data actually deleted
- Is the price published on the page, or do you have to book a call to find out
- Does the tool say anywhere what it cannot do; a product that names no limits has not thought about them
What publishing looks like when the platform will not let software post
Not every platform lets outside software publish on your behalf. Some allow it through an official connection. Some allow it only for certain account types. Some do not allow it at all. Any tool that implies it posts everywhere automatically is not telling you the whole thing.
Marketing OS is built against a list of 14 channels. Where a platform allows software to post, it posts, after you approve. Where it does not, it hands you the caption, the image and the exact steps, and you do the last step by hand on your phone.
Say that second case out loud, because it is real work. On those channels you are still the one who opens the app and presses post. What the software removes is the blank screen and the deciding, not the tapping.
- [Confirm with operator: which of the 14 channels are connected and posting today. Name only those on the live page. Do not imply all 14 are live.]
What Marketing OS is, and what it is not
People ask us whether Indizilla is an agency or software. Both, and they are separate purchases. Indizilla sells work done for you, and it sells software you run yourself. Marketing OS is the software you run yourself.
The Solo plan is for an owner running their own marketing. An agency plan exists for agency owners running marketing for ten to two hundred clients. A managed version, where we do the work inside it for you, exists as a separate month-to-month arrangement.
The published price is Marketing OS from Rs. 1,999 a month, with the first week free. The agency plan price and the managed month-to-month price are not published yet. We are not going to put a number here that is not on the site, so if you need either of those figures, ask and you will get the real one.
Inside the tool, every rupee you spend is accounted for, so you can see where the money went rather than finding out at the end of the month.
We are our own first customer. The studio uses Marketing OS to run Indizilla's own marketing, and then sells it.
- [Confirm with operator: the agency plan price and the managed month-to-month price, or confirm in writing that they are not set, so the page can say so.]
Prices, and where to find them
The price is on the page. You do not have to ask.
These are the published figures, in rupees:
- Marketing OS: from Rs. 1,999 a month, first week free
- Indizilla Research: prepaid packs from Rs. 399 for 450 credits, about four studies
- Starter bundle: from Rs. 25,000, one time, about a week
- Services catalogue: 29 services in ten groups, and each service is published with the problem it solves, what you get, how long it takes, and its own starting price
- Timings for work the studio does: a landing page in a week, a website in two to three, in your name
Is the starting price what you will actually pay
Every price is written as 'from'. That is honest, not a hedge. A one-page site for a shop and a bilingual site with a booking flow are not the same job, so they are not the same price.
What you get before you pay is a written scope with a number on it. If the job is bigger than the starting price, you see the higher number before any money moves, not after.
- [Confirm with operator: whether a Rs. 5,000 per-service floor is actually published on the site. The machine-readable brand profile says 'from 5000 per service'; other sources name no floor. If it is not on the site, it does not go on this page.]
- [Confirm with operator: what the Starter bundle contains, and whether a website is inside it. Starter is about a week and a website is two to three weeks, so those two figures need reconciling before both appear together.]
Leaving: export, cancel, delete
There are no lock-in contracts. Export, cancel and delete are on every plan.
For work the studio does for you, the ownership is yours. One hundred percent, transferred on delivery and payment. The files, the accounts, the written-down parts. An agency that keeps the knowledge takes it with it when the invoice is paid. We write the parts down that can be written down, and they belong to you.
Payments go through Razorpay, and there is a bill on every order.
What this tool will not do
Naming the limit is part of the offer, so here are the limits.
- It will not post on its own without your approval. That is the whole design, and it is not adjustable.
- It will not guarantee rankings, revenue or results. Nobody can, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- Indizilla Research uses a simulated panel. It is not real respondents. The sample shown on the site is illustrative only. It is useful for pressure-testing an idea and the words you use for it before you spend money. It is not a substitute for talking to real customers.
- On channels where the platform does not allow software to publish, it will not publish. It hands you the caption, the image and the steps, and you do the last part.
- Four tools are in build: a finance tool, a CRM, Founder OS, and Raise. None of them is priced, and none of them is available. Do not buy on the strength of them.
- We are small and we promise a reply within one business day, so a channel we cannot watch closely enough does not get opened.
Two things we do not have yet
There is no published testimonial from any client, and there is no photograph of the founder on the site. Rather than write around that with vague trust language, here is what exists instead: real shipped work you can open in a browser. aore.indizilla.com, the Academy of Retail Excellence rebuilt. savisonlife.com, where the brand and the platform were designed as one system. nirmalkaya.com, bilingual, with the language chosen on the client side. Only real screenshots of shipped work are used anywhere on the site. No mockups.
- [Confirm with operator: whether a written testimonial from a named client, or a founder photograph, now exists. If either does, this section is rewritten. If not, it stands as written.]
Who this is not for
If you want a tool that runs your marketing while you are not looking, this is the wrong product. The approval step is the point, which means someone has to read and approve every post. On channels that do not allow software to publish, someone has to do the last step by hand.
If you need a GST invoice to claim input credit, Indizilla is not GST registered. That is a straight reason to buy from someone who is, and there is no way to argue around it.
If you are choosing on the lowest monthly figure alone, there will be a smaller number somewhere. We are not going to compete on that.
If you are a marketing team with your own approval workflow and a sign-off chain, you already have the thing this product is built to supply.
If you need research with real customers rather than a simulated panel, Indizilla Research will not give you that. Hire someone who does fieldwork.
How to start
There are three ways in, at three different levels of commitment. Send a message on WhatsApp or the contact form and ask a question. Start a Marketing OS trial, where the first week is free. Or run a Research study for Rs. 399 and see what the simulated panel says about your idea.
A reply comes within one business day. The studio is in Panchkula, India, and everything is delivered remotely, so distance is not a problem, but the time difference is real if you are outside India. Say when you are available and we will work to it.
- [Confirm with operator: whether the free first week can be started without speaking to anyone. If it cannot, this page must say plainly that a message comes first, rather than calling it self-serve.]
Who is doing the work
Indizilla is a studio in Panchkula, India, run by founder Ashish Narayan. Delivery is remote. The studio is small, and capacity is about six projects a month, which is why the reply promise is one business day rather than one hour, and why we do not open a channel we cannot watch.
If you want to know how many people will touch your project, ask before you buy. You will get a straight answer.
Questions people ask
Will this tool post something in my name without me seeing it first?
No. Marketing OS drafts the post, you read it, and it publishes only after you approve. Nothing publishes without your approval. That is not a setting, it is the product.
Can the approval step be switched off?
No. It is not a toggle in Marketing OS. If you want a tool that publishes unattended, this is the wrong product.
What happens to a draft I never approve?
It stays a draft. Nothing goes out. Silence does not mean yes.
Does it post to every channel automatically?
No. Marketing OS is built against a list of 14 channels. Where a platform allows software to post, it posts after you approve. Where the platform does not allow it, Marketing OS hands you the caption, the image and the exact steps, and you post it yourself. [Confirm with operator which channels are connected today before publishing.]
Am I buying an agency or software?
Marketing OS is software you run yourself, from Rs. 1,999 a month with the first week free. Indizilla also does work for you as a studio: 29 services in ten groups, each with its own published starting price, and a Starter bundle from Rs. 25,000, one time, in about a week. They are separate purchases.
Is Rs. 1,999 a month the whole cost?
Rs. 1,999 a month is the published starting price for Marketing OS. Prices are written as 'from', so ask and you will be told the number for your situation before you pay anything. The agency plan price and the managed month-to-month price are not published yet.
Can I try it without talking to anyone first?
The first week is free. [Confirm with operator whether the free week can be started self-serve. If a message is required first, say so here plainly.]
Where does my data live, and can I leave?
There are no lock-in contracts. Export, cancel and delete are available on every plan. Work the studio delivers is owned by you, one hundred percent, transferred on delivery and payment. [Confirm with operator where data is hosted before answering the first half of this question on the live page.]
How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business day. That is a published promise and it applies to every channel Indizilla opens.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Indizilla is not GST registered, so no input credit is available. Payments go through Razorpay and there is a bill on every order.
Why is the research panel simulated, and what is it good for?
Indizilla Research uses a simulated panel, not real respondents, and the sample shown on the site is illustrative only. It is for pressure-testing an idea and its wording before you spend money on it. Packs start at Rs. 399 for 450 credits, about four studies. It does not replace speaking to real customers.
How is this different from a scheduling tool?
A scheduling tool hands you an empty box and a calendar, and you still have to know what to write. Marketing OS writes the draft first, and the studio can do the setup work before you take it over.
Every price on this page is on the pricing page too.
Nothing is quoted on a call that is not already published. Read it, then write to us if it fits.
