Digital marketing packages with prices in India: what they actually cost, and why most prices are hidden
Most digital marketing in India is sold as a package with the price withheld until you book a call. Indizilla publishes its prices instead: the Starter bundle is from ₹25,000, one time, and takes about a week; Marketing OS, the software you run yourself, is from ₹1,999 a month with the first week free; Indizilla Research credit packs start at ₹399 for 450 credits, about four studies; and every service in the 29-service catalogue carries its own starting price on its own page. Prices are shown as 'from', because the final number depends on scope, and the work is transferred to you at one hundred percent ownership on delivery and payment, with no lock-in on any plan.
The short answer on what packages cost
There are three shapes of published price here, and you can read all of them before you speak to anyone.
One time: the Starter bundle, from ₹25,000, delivered in about a week. Monthly: Marketing OS, from ₹1,999 a month, with the first week free. Prepaid: Indizilla Research credits, from ₹399 for 450 credits, which is about four studies.
Separately, there are 29 services in ten need-based groups: visibility, branding, website, content, advertising, automation, AI, operations, CRM and maintenance. Each service has its own page. Each page states the problem it solves, what you get, how long it takes, and its starting price.
Every number is written as 'from'. That is a starting price, not a final one. What moves it is scope: how many pages, how many languages, how much content has to be written from nothing, how many rounds of change you want. The way to check before a conversation is to read the scope on the service page and compare it to what you actually need.
Why almost nobody publishes a price
The normal pattern in this category is 'contact us for a quote'. The number arrives after a call, and often after a second call.
There are two honest reasons for that. Scope genuinely varies, so a single number can mislead. And a published number loses some buyers before anyone gets a chance to explain what is inside it.
Our own position, stated plainly: publishing the price pre-qualifies some buyers out before a conversation starts. Nobody here has measured whether that wins more work than it loses. We publish anyway, because the alternative is asking a shop owner to book a call to find out if they can afford a logo.
If you are comparing providers, do this. Ask each one for the starting price in writing, before the call. Then ask what makes it go up. A provider who can answer both in an email can answer both on a page.
The three ways this is priced, and which one fits you
One time. You buy a bundle or a single service, it is delivered, it is handed over, and that is the end of the payment. Starter is from ₹25,000, one time, and takes about a week. This suits a business that has just opened and needs the basic public face assembled at once.
Monthly. Marketing OS is software you run, from ₹1,999 a month, and you can cancel when you like. This suits a business that is already open and is doing its marketing at eleven at night. There is also a managed, done-for-you arrangement on a month-to-month basis, and a plan for agency owners running marketing for ten to two hundred clients. Neither of those two prices is published yet. That contradicts the price-on-the-page promise, and it stays a contradiction until the numbers are on the site.
Prepaid credits. Indizilla Research packs start at ₹399 for 450 credits, about four studies. This suits a founder testing an idea before spending money on it.
Four more tools are being built: a finance tool, a CRM, Founder OS and Raise. None of them is priced, and none of them is for sale. They are listed here only so you know what is coming, not so you can buy them.
- Just opened, no public face yet: the one-time route.
- Open and running, marketing is the part that slips: the monthly route.
- Idea not yet built, money not yet spent: the prepaid research route.
Agency or software: which one actually solves your problem
People reach the enquiry stage still unsure what they are buying here, so here is the direct answer.
Indizilla does the work first, like an agency. Then it hands over the machine that keeps doing it. The services and the software are the same idea, in that order.
An agency does the work and usually keeps the knowledge. When the invoice is paid, the person who knew how your marketing worked walks out with it. Self-serve software has the opposite problem: it hands you an empty screen and you still have to know what to write in it.
A simple test. If you have no public face yet, buy the work done for you. If the work already exists and the problem is keeping it going every week, buy the machine. If both are true, say so in your first message and ask which order makes sense for your situation.
Who owns the website after the agency builds it
With Indizilla, you own it. One hundred percent, on delivery and payment.
Ownership should mean four specific things in any deal, not just a sentence in a proposal. The domain registered in your name. The hosting account in your name. The files. The logins.
Ask any provider these three questions before you pay. Whose name is the domain registered in. Who holds the hosting account. What happens to the site if the relationship ends.
The parts of the work that can be written down get written down, and they are handed over with the rest. That is deliberate. The knowledge stays with your business instead of leaving with the invoice.
Lock-in, cancelling, and getting your data out
No lock-in contracts. Export, cancel and delete, on every plan.
For Marketing OS specifically: it is month to month. You can cancel, export your data, and delete the account. There is no minimum term to serve out first.
Where the data is stored is not something this page will describe, because it is not published on the site yet. If that matters to your decision, ask before you start the free week and you will get a straight answer.
When you look at other providers, check three things: whether there is a notice period, whether there is a minimum term, and whether you can export your own data without having to ask support for it.
Nothing publishes without your approval
A common question is whether the software will post things on its own. It will not. It writes, you decide, it publishes.
That is not a setting you switch on. It is the product.
Marketing OS lists fourteen channels as its publish surface. Where a platform allows software to post, it posts. Where it does not, it hands you the caption, the image and the exact steps, and you paste it in.
One honest caveat about channels. There is a published promise of a reply within one business day, and a channel that cannot be watched closely enough to meet that promise should not be opened at all. Which channels are connected and live today is a question worth asking directly rather than reading off a list.
GST, and when that makes us the wrong choice
From the buyer's side, the rule is simple. You do not need to be GST registered to buy marketing software or marketing work. If you want to claim input credit on the purchase, you need a GST invoice from the seller.
Indizilla is not GST registered. The agency plans state that GST will be added when Indizilla is registered.
If you need a GST invoice to claim input credit, that is a straight reason to buy from a registered supplier instead. It cannot be argued away and this page will not try.
This is not tax advice. Confirm your own position with your accountant.
What we will not do
Naming the limit is part of the offer. A provider who refuses nothing has told you nothing.
Here is the list, in plain words.
- No guaranteed rankings, no guaranteed revenue, no guaranteed results.
- Nothing published in your name without your approval.
- Indizilla Research runs on a simulated panel. It is not fieldwork with real customers. The sample shown on the site is illustrative only. If you need real respondents, this is not the product and you should buy real interviews.
- No mockups standing in for delivered work. Only real screenshots of work that has shipped.
- No competing on being the lowest number in the market. We do not sell there and do not try to.
Where this is not the right answer
Four situations where you should choose somebody else.
If you need a GST invoice for input credit, choose a registered supplier. If you need research with real respondents, buy real interviews. If you want someone sitting across a desk from you in person, this is a remote studio and everything is delivered remotely. If you are choosing on price alone and want the lowest number available, this is not the place.
How to judge any pricing page, including this one
Use the same six checks on every provider you are considering, this one included.
The work you can look at right now: aore.indizilla.com, the Academy of Retail Excellence rebuilt, with the original still at aoreindia.com. savisonlife.com, where the brand and the platform were designed as one system. nirmalkaya.com, bilingual, with the language chosen on the client side. There are also published case studies on the site.
Payment is through Razorpay, and there is a bill on every order. A reply is promised within one business day.
Two gaps, named rather than written around. There are no written testimonials on the site yet. There is no photograph of the founder yet. If you are cautious about sending money to a studio you have not met, the sensible thing is to open the three live sites above, read the case studies, and ask for a reference before you pay.
- Is a starting price published, before any call.
- Is the scope written down.
- Is the timeline stated.
- Who owns the output, and when.
- Can you cancel and take your data.
- Is there a bill on the order.
How to start
Three routes, at three levels of commitment. A message on WhatsApp or the contact form. A Marketing OS trial, with the first week free. A Research study from a ₹399 credit pack.
This is one founder doing the selling and the delivery. Capacity is about six projects a month. If you write, you will get a reply within one business day, and if the answer is that the month is full, you will be told that rather than strung along.
Questions people ask
Is the starting price what I will actually pay?
It is a starting price. Starter is from ₹25,000, one time. Marketing OS is from ₹1,999 a month. Research packs are from ₹399 for 450 credits. What moves the final number is scope: how much there is to build, how much has to be written from nothing, and how many rounds of change you want. Read the scope on the service page, then ask for a fixed number in writing before you pay.
Is Indizilla an agency or software?
Both, in a set order. It does the work like an agency, then hands over the machine that keeps doing it. If you have no public face yet, buy the work done for you. If the work exists and the problem is keeping it going every week, buy the software.
Will it post things on its own?
No. It writes, you decide, it publishes. Nothing publishes without your approval. That is not a setting, it is the product. It publishes to a list of fourteen channels: where a platform allows software to post it does, and where it does not it hands you the caption, the image and the exact steps.
Who owns my website after it is built?
You do. One hundred percent, on delivery and payment. That includes the files and the logins. Before you pay any provider, ask whose name the domain is registered in, who holds the hosting account, and what happens to the site if the relationship ends.
Can I cancel my marketing software subscription at any time?
Yes. Marketing OS is month to month. There is no lock-in contract. You can export your data, cancel, and delete the account, on every plan.
Do I need GST registration to buy marketing software, and can I claim input credit?
You do not need to be GST registered to buy. To claim input credit you need a GST invoice from the seller. Indizilla is not GST registered, and the agency plans state that GST will be added when Indizilla is registered. If input credit matters to you, buy from a registered supplier. Confirm your own position with your accountant.
Is the research based on real customers?
No. Indizilla Research runs on a simulated panel, not fieldwork with real customers, and the sample shown on the site is illustrative only. If you need real respondents, this is not the product.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes about a week. A website takes two to three weeks. The Starter bundle is stated as about a week. [Operator to confirm what Starter contains and how its one-week timeline sits against the two-to-three-week website, before this answer is published.]
How do I start, and do I have to speak to anyone first?
You can write on WhatsApp or through the contact form, start a Marketing OS trial with the first week free, or buy a Research credit pack from ₹399. [Operator to confirm whether the free first week can be started without a conversation.] A reply is promised within one business day. Payment is through Razorpay, with a bill on every order.
What do the agency plan and the managed arrangement cost?
Those two prices are not published yet. A managed, done-for-you arrangement exists on a month-to-month basis, and a plan exists for agency owners running marketing for ten to two hundred clients. Until the numbers are on the site, that is a gap in the price-on-the-page promise, and it is named here rather than hidden.
Every price on this page is on the pricing page too.
Nothing is quoted on a call that is not already published. Read it, then write to us if it fits.
