Your marketing, run by a system that shows its work.
One console for everything a small business does to be found — posts, ads, WhatsApp, email, reviews, referrals, the blog. It drafts, you decide, it publishes and measures, and every rupee lands on a ledger. Built for owners who cannot afford an agency and for agencies who cannot afford a junior for every client.
Most marketing tools are a place to post. This is a place to run marketing: a plan built from a repository of your market, a queue where you approve every piece, channels that publish and read their own numbers back, and a ledger that says what each lead cost. It refuses to fake anything — a number it cannot measure is shown as "not counted", never as zero.
Built for the owner doing it alone, and for the agency doing it for fifty.
For a business owner — guided mode
Every screen explains what it is, why it matters, what to do first and what it costs — in the words you would use to teach a ten-year-old, without talking down. A small helper sits in the corner, sees what you are doing, and answers questions about the platform and about marketing. Nothing else.
- One business, one login, from ₹67 a day
- Post a few times a week, run a small ad budget, answer your own messages
- Ad spend caps you set; the tool refuses to cross them
- WhatsApp links, a hosted enquiry form, a code for your pamphlet — so you know where each customer came from
For an agency — every client its own workspace
Ten, fifty or two hundred projects, each with its own brands, connections, approval queue, ledger and client portal. Staff logins with roles. Bring your own AI and media keys, or run on ours. Autopilot levels that take over the routine work as you earn trust in it.
- A client portal that shows spend, leads and cost per lead — never your cost base
- Programme reviews that ask for the number and compare it to the plan
- Founder-voice profiles for ghost-written posts; earned-media lists with codes and results
- Per-project WordPress, Google, Meta, WhatsApp — connected by the client, owned by the client
Active and passive marketing, in one place, with the numbers attached.
Strategy from a repository
It researches your market — competitors, customer types, the industry — builds a repository, and advises from it, with case studies and reading pointers. A library of strategies in plain words sits beside it.
Content, pictures, video
Posts drafted to your brand bible, checked by a compliance scanner, scheduled across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, YouTube and more. Images and short clips generated within the plan's caps.
Ads with a ceiling
Meta campaigns launched, read back and diagnosed — "why did cost change?" answered from measured data. Spending caps that stop a launch, not a running ad.
One inbox
Comments, DMs, mentions, Google reviews and WhatsApp in one list, with buying signals scored so the lead is at the top. Replies from the screen, saved answers, an alert when a thread waits too long.
WhatsApp, email, SMS flows
Welcome, nurture, win-back and referral flows that send only with consent, through your own WhatsApp number and templates, Resend or SMTP, MSG91 under DLT. Reply STOP means stop.
Leads and where they came from
Hosted forms, tracked links and QR codes, call tracking, Meta instant forms, a one-tap counter tally — each lead carries its source, and the Conversions API tells Meta what actually converted.
Reviews, local and search
Google Business Profile posts and review replies, a site crawl with a fix list, keyword research that persists, article briefs, a WordPress publisher, and a weekly check on whether AI assistants name you.
Money
A cost ledger that books ad spend, vendor fees and AI usage; revenue by conversion; cost per lead, ROAS and margin gates that refuse a referral reward the order cannot pay for.
Alerts that watch the quiet side
Conversions stopping, spend rising while results stay flat, reach dropping, reviews turning, sends bouncing, a programme review overdue — each with a next action, closed on its own when the problem clears.
It drafts. You decide. It publishes and measures.
- 1 Give it your material — a menu, a price list, a photo of the shop
- 2 It writes the brand story, the plan, the first drafts
- 3 You approve or reject each piece; nothing goes out otherwise
- 4 It publishes on time, reads the numbers back, books the cost
- 5 It tells you what moved, what it cost, and what to do next
What it refuses
Fake reviews, invented voices, publishing without approval, spending past a cap, a number it did not measure. Refusals show their arithmetic — "you have used 60 of 60 turns; the next resets on the 1st" — never a locked door.
Whose data
Every client is a separate workspace. Tokens are encrypted at rest with a key we hold offline. A person can be erased from every table on request. Nothing leaves for a vendor unless you connected that vendor.
Honest about approvals
Some doors are the platforms' to open — Meta's app review for messaging and lead retrieval, Google's quota for Business Profile, Amazon's for its ads API. The screen names the door; it never pretends it is open.
Two ladders. Pay for the projects you run.
Business plans are for one company and include GST. Agency plans are per project cluster and are plus 18% GST. Annual billing is two months free — the per-month figure is shown beside each.
For a business
Who it's for: one business, one login. You post a few times a week, run a small ad budget and answer your own messages. Every screen explains itself.
- 60 AI drafting turns, 25 images, 10 voiceovers a month
- 1,000 messages a month on our sending keys
- Guided mode and the helper, 40 questions a day
- One project; another is ₹999 a month
Who it's for: restaurants, salons, fitness, small D2C — anyone for whom short video is the channel and a videographer is the cost.
- Everything in Solo, with two logins
- Four 10-second AI videos with sound a month
- 30 images, 2,500 messages, 60 helper questions a day
- The same guided mode — you press every button
For an agency
Who it's for: a 2–5 person studio or a senior freelancer with 6–12 retainers. Ten client workspaces for ₹1,000 each — replaces the junior who writes first drafts.
- 10 projects, each its own workspace with a client portal
- 5 staff logins with roles
- Autopilot up to level 2
- Your own AI and media keys, or ours
Who it's for: an 8–15 person agency with 20–50 retainers, account managers who each need a login, and an approval queue that has become the bottleneck. Fifty workspaces for ₹400 each.
- 50 projects with client portals
- 10 staff logins
- Autopilot up to level 3 — the routine work runs itself
- Your own keys or ours; longer clips
Who it's for: a multi-office agency or a network with 100–200 retainers, a traffic desk, and a management layer that wants cost per client. Two hundred workspaces for ₹200 each.
- 200 projects with client portals
- Unlimited staff logins
- Autopilot level 4
- Uncapped video on your own keys
Sign up and the first days are free, no card. Then pay for a month or a year at a time — card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay — from inside your own console. A lapse pauses new AI work with the date shown; it never deletes or hides anything. Extra projects on any agency plan: the ladder pulls upward — the next rung is always cheaper per project than adding one by one.
The questions we get most.
Is this an agency, or software?
Software. Indizilla runs on it for its own clients; you can run it for yourself or for yours. Sign up, use it free for the first days, and pay for a month or a year when you decide to keep it. If you want us to run it for you, that is our regular services page.
Will it post things on its own?
Not on the business plans — you approve every piece. Agency plans have autopilot levels you switch on deliberately, one step at a time, and can switch off with one kill switch that stops everything.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Business plans run on ours, inside a monthly allowance that the screen shows you. Agency plans can bring their own Anthropic and media keys, in which case the meters are theirs and ours never bill.
What about WhatsApp?
Two layers. Without connecting anything: tap-to-chat links, click-to-WhatsApp ads and a one-tap enquiry log. With your own WhatsApp Business number connected: approved templates, an inbox, consent-gated broadcasts, and flows. Reply STOP withdraws consent the moment it arrives.
Where does my data live, and can I leave?
On our servers in Mumbai, encrypted at rest, one workspace per client. Your connections are yours to disconnect; a person can be erased from every table on request; and cancelling stops the next month, nothing more — we do not hold a workspace hostage.
Which platforms does it publish to today?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and Google Business Profile — where the platform's API allows; where it does not, you get a hand-off pack with the caption, the picture and the exact steps. Some doors need the platform's own approval first, and the screen says which.
